Welcome to VIPER Experience. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the VIPER Experience platform, including our website, application forms, onboarding forms, staffing tools, messaging tools, and related services.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the VIPER Experience platform. By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and login credentials. You agree to notify VIPER Experience if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

VIPER Experience may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

3. Platform Use

The VIPER Experience platform may be used to apply for staffing opportunities, complete onboarding, manage profile information, receive event updates, communicate with VIPER Experience, and participate in staffing, talent, or operational workflows.

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, fraudulent submissions, unauthorized access, harassment, abuse, spam, malware distribution, or any activity that disrupts platform functionality.

4. Applications and Opportunities

Submitting an application or creating an account does not guarantee employment, contractor work, event placement, assignment, or booking. Opportunities are based on client needs, event requirements, availability, qualifications, location, and VIPER Experience review.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from VIPER Experience, you consent to receive text messages related to staffing opportunities, event assignments, scheduling updates, onboarding, account notifications, application status updates, customer support, and other operational communications.

Message frequency varies based on your activity, staffing assignments, application status, event schedules, and interactions with VIPER Experience.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you provide new consent.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or employment.

6. SMS Consent and Privacy

VIPER Experience does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, text messaging consent records, or related mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent information is handled according to the VIPER Experience Privacy Policy.

7. Email and Platform Communications

By creating an account, applying for opportunities, or using the platform, you may receive emails or platform notifications related to your account, applications, onboarding, assignments, and operational updates.

8. User-Submitted Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information, documents, photos, profile details, or content you submit to VIPER Experience. By submitting information, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

9. Intellectual Property

The VIPER Experience name, logo, website content, platform design, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to VIPER Experience. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or use VIPER Experience intellectual property without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

You may receive confidential or non-public information related to VIPER Experience, clients, events, assignments, schedules, venues, procedures, or operations. You agree not to disclose confidential information unless authorized by VIPER Experience.

11. Third-Party Services

The platform may include links or integrations with third-party services. VIPER Experience is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, services, or content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIPER Experience is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, inability to access the platform, account issues, third-party services, or unauthorized access to your information.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIPER Experience, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or submission of inaccurate or unlawful information.

14. Termination

VIPER Experience may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, submit false information, or engage in conduct that may harm VIPER Experience, clients, staff, users, or operations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable California law.

16. Changes to These Terms

VIPER Experience may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
